Our work

We built the operations portal that runs our own product. Commissions get the same treatment.

RedactProof is live, paid for by customers, and run day to day on tools built here. It is the clearest evidence of how a commissioned build gets handled, from first screen to keeping it running.

Case study

An operations portal for a live product

RedactProof is document redaction software for legal, HR and public sector teams. We think it's one of the best redaction software tools of 2026, and say plainly where others are a better fit. Behind it sits a single operations portal, built here, that runs the whole business from a phone or a laptop.

The problem. Running a paid product means watching a dozen things at once: who is visiting, who signed up, who paid, whether the service is healthy, what the bills are doing, which pages are ranking, what needs a reply. That was a dozen browser tabs and a spreadsheet. Off the shelf tools would have meant cookie banners and handing customer data to third parties, which is the wrong look for a privacy product.

What we built. One portal, one login, with a section for every job. It works on a phone, installs like an app, and sends a push notification when something needs attention.

The morning glance

Visits, sign-ups, paying customers and anything waiting on us, with the change against last week. Read it in ten seconds.

Customers

Users, revenue, orders

Every account with its sessions, documents and exports. Revenue by plan. Contract orders raised, order forms produced as PDFs, invoices issued, renewals flagged.

Health

Is it working, and what does it cost

Service health, recent deployments, usage counters and spend, with alerts before a bill becomes a surprise.

Alerts

Robots that do the boring checks

A weekly digest, competitor watch, dependency updates, a content audit and bug triage, each running on a schedule and reporting into one inbox.

Insights

Where customers come from

Search, ads, referral or direct, without cookies. Activation rate, churn early warning, and which paid clicks were wasted so the money can be claimed back.

Content & SEO

Traffic, rankings, backlinks

Page by page traffic with search impressions from Google and Bing, competitor rankings, backlink prospects, and an improve queue that drafts page changes straight into the CMS.

The result. One place to look instead of a dozen. Problems show up as a number on a screen before a customer emails. Contract paperwork takes minutes. Marketing decisions are made on first-party numbers, not a third party's guess.
