RedactProof: the operations portal behind a live product
RedactProof is our document redaction product, used for subject access requests, disclosure and FOI responses. Running it used to mean a dozen browser tabs: visitors, sign-ups, revenue, orders, service health, bills, rankings, support. Off the shelf tools meant cookie banners and handing customer data to third parties.
So we built one portal that does all of it. Customers, revenue and orders. Health and spend. Scheduled robots that do the weekly checks. Where customers come from, without cookies. Traffic, rankings and backlinks. It works from a phone and sends a push notification when something needs a human.
